Vanessa B. Sutton has been the Principal Broker of Affordable Real Estate Company for 28 years. Vanessa is a skilled decision maker, negotiator & communicator with a successful career of 39 years of real estate sales, marketing, and management.

Vanessa has experience in many facets of real estate, finance, housing counseling, and appraisal industries. Her background includes being a former GE Certified Housing Counselor, NID-HCA Housing Counselor and Loss Mitigation Advisor. She was also a Branch Manager of Pacific Guarantee Mortgage and Harbor Financial Services. She served for 23 years as a Franklin County Foreclosure Appraiser. As a part of Toastmasters International, she achieved the Advanced Toastmaster Bronze and Toastmaster Competent Leader designations. Vanessa has received the prestigious Ohio Department of Development, Entrepreneurship & Small Business Division, Keys to Success Award.
